New CAR-T therapy trial offers hope for young myeloma patients
NCT ID NCT07169500
Summary
This study is testing a personalized immune cell therapy (called BCMA-CAR-T) for young adults newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a blood cancer. Researchers want to see if adding a stem cell transplant to the CAR-T therapy is more effective than the CAR-T therapy alone. The main goal is to see how safe the treatments are and how well they can eliminate any remaining cancer cells in the body.
