Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called CC-97540 for people with a severe form of ANCA-associated vasculitis, a disease where the immune system attacks blood vessels. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and destroy harmful cells, aiming to achieve remission without ongoing medication. The study enrolls 12 adults whose disease has returned or not responded to standard therapies.
