Summary
This study tests a new treatment for children and young adults (ages 3-39) with B-cell cancers like leukemia or lymphoma that have come back after standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to target two cancer proteins (CD19 and CD22) at once. After a short course of chemotherapy, the modified cells are given back to the patient. The goal is to see if this therapy is safe and effective in controlling the disease.
