First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy for adults with B-cell lymphoma or leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells that are specially trained to find and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to check for serious side effects like cytokine release syndrome and nerve problems.
