First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new treatment called anti-CD19/BCMA universal CAR T cells for people with relapsed or refractory immune-mediated kidney disease. The therapy uses specially engineered immune cells to target and attack faulty B cells that drive the disease. The main goals are to check safety and see if it can control the condition. About 36 adults aged 18 to 70 will take part.
