First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for children and young adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. Doctors take immune cells from a healthy donor, modify them to recognize and attack leukemia cells, and give them to the patient. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, including graft-versus-host disease. Up to 24 participants will be enrolled.
