Summary
This study is testing a new treatment called CAR-T cells for people with relapsed or hard-to-treat blood cancers that have a specific marker called CD7. The treatment involves taking a patient's own immune cells, modifying them to better attack cancer, and giving them back. The main goals are to see if it is safe and how long patients live. About 20 to 28 adults aged 18-85 will take part.
