Triple-Target CAR t cells take on tough blood cancers
NCT ID NCT07166419
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called TriCAR19.20.22 T cells for people with certain blood cancers (non-Hodgkin lymphoma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia) that have returned or not responded to prior treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells that carry three specific markers (CD19, CD20, CD22). The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the treatment can shrink tumors or put the cancer into remission.
