Summary
This early-phase study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for people with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. Participants get one infusion of specially engineered immune cells and are followed for three years. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink or eliminate cancer.
