First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment for people with B-cell cancers (like leukemia or lymphoma) that haven't improved with standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. Participants will receive chemotherapy followed by an infusion of these modified cells and be monitored for safety and response for up to 5 years.
