First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD19 and CD20) on cancer cells. It is for adults with B cell cancers like lymphoma or leukemia that have come back or not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy is safe and effective, and to explore a flexible way to manufacture the cells.
