Summary
This study tests a new treatment called Senl_B19 CAR-T cells for people aged 3 to 25 with a type of blood cancer (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to target and kill cancer cells. The goal is to see how well it controls the disease and what side effects occur.
