Summary

This study tests a new approach for children and young adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to treatment. It combines two types of specially engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) that target different markers on cancer cells. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and works better than using one type alone.
