First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called RD06-05, a universal CAR-T cell therapy, in 27 adults with autoimmune blood diseases like immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA), or Evans syndrome. The therapy targets specific immune cells to reduce harmful autoantibodies. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose, while also seeing if it can improve blood cell counts.
