New combo attack on lymphoma: immune cells + radiation

Summary
This study tests a combination of a CAR T-cell therapy (axicabtagene ciloleucel) and radiation in people with follicular lymphoma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if adding radiation makes the cell therapy safer and more effective. About 20 adults will take part, and the main focus is on tracking side effects.
