First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to standard care. It combines a patient's own genetically modified immune cells (CAR-T cells) with a targeted drug (acalabrutinib) to attack cancer cells. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and leads to complete remission within six months. About 36 adults with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma will take part.
