Engineered immune cells take on hard-to-treat lung cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment using specially designed immune cells (CAR-NK cells) that target two markers on small cell lung cancer cells. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if these cells can shrink tumors in adults whose cancer has returned or not responded to standard treatments. About 60 participants will receive the cells through an IV infusion.
