Summary
This study tests a new treatment using specially engineered natural killer (NK) cells to attack cancer cells in people with ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. The therapy is personalized based on the specific markers on each person's tumor. The goal is to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors.
