Summary
This study tests a new treatment using specially engineered natural killer (NK) cells to fight mesothelioma, a cancer that lines the lungs or abdomen. The cells are designed to target two markers on the tumor and are given directly into the chest or belly. The trial involves 36 adults whose cancer has come back or not responded to standard treatments, and aims to find the safest dose and see if it shrinks tumors.
