Engineered immune cells take aim at Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The treatment uses specially designed immune cells (called CAR-NK cells) that are trained to find and attack prostate cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to get an early look at whether it can help control the disease.
