Engineered immune cells take on Hard-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. Participants receive specially designed natural killer (NK) immune cells that target two cancer markers at once. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors. About 48 people will take part.
