First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called Capsulase can prevent capsular contracture, a condition where scar tissue tightens around breast implants, causing pain and distortion. One hundred women who had a mastectomy and immediate implant reconstruction will take Capsulase after surgery. Their results will be compared to historical data from women who did not take the supplement.
