First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tested whether a health coaching program, combined with a Fitbit, could help employees with long-term knee pain increase their physical activity. 39 participants were split into two groups: one received coaching focused on making action plans to be active, while the other received general health education. The goal was to see if more people in the coaching group reached 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity per week.
