This study tested a device called Cap INSULCLOCK, which attaches to insulin pens and automatically records injections. It aims to help adults with type 1 diabetes better manage their blood sugar levels by tracking insulin use, glucose, food, and activity. 42 participants used either the active device or a blinded version to see if it improved glucose control and satisfaction.
