Marijuana may ease migraines: new study tests CBD

Summary
This study tests whether cannabis (CBD) can reduce the number of headache days in people with chronic migraines. About 72 adults will receive either a low or high dose of CBD or a placebo. Researchers will compare headache frequency before and after treatment to see if CBD helps prevent migraines.
