Summary

This study looks at whether 8 weeks of cannabis abstinence improves thinking and memory in teens aged 15-18 who are dependent on or harmfully using cannabis. Participants will take tests of attention, memory, and mental flexibility before and after quitting. The goal is to understand how the brain recovers when cannabis use stops.
