Summary

This study tests whether two FDA-approved cannabis-based drugs, dronabinol and epidiolex, can help people with opioid use disorder who have just started buprenorphine treatment. The goal is to see if these drugs improve treatment retention and reduce opioid use during the early, high-risk phase. About 40 participants will be enrolled.
