Summary
This study looked at 1,005 people having emergency heart treatment (acute coronary syndrome) who received a stent and were given the blood thinner cangrelor. Researchers tracked how often bleeding occurred within 30 days when patients switched from cangrelor to other common blood thinners. The goal was to gather real-world safety information, not to test a new treatment.
