Summary
This study looks at Candida fungi that cause infections in patients with weakened immune systems in the hematology ICU. Researchers will collect samples from 300 patients to see how these fungi form biofilms (slimy layers that protect them) and resist antifungal medicines. The goal is to find patterns that help doctors choose better treatments for these serious infections.
