Summary
This study looks at why some ICU patients get Candida auris on their skin during an outbreak. Researchers will check swabs from the nose, armpits, and groin of 1,200 adults in the ICU. The goal is to find out what makes someone more likely to carry this germ, which can help hospitals prevent its spread.
