Summary
This study tested a 6-month program called CancerPEP that sends daily emails to cancer patients and survivors with tips on exercise, yoga, stress reduction, and healthy eating. The goal was to see if the program is practical and helps improve mental and physical health. 104 adults with a history of cancer took part, and the program was found to be feasible with good participation and safety.
