Summary

This study is testing a tool designed to predict how long patients with advanced, incurable cancer might live after starting palliative radiation therapy. Researchers will give patients a score based on simple health data and then track their survival and quality of life over a year. The goal is to see if the tool works accurately, which could help doctors and patients make more informed care decisions.
