First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study aims to understand the financial burden, or 'financial toxicity,' experienced by young adults after cancer treatment. Researchers will survey 300 survivors aged 18-39 to measure how money problems develop over time and what factors make them worse. The goal is to gather evidence to create better support programs that reduce the long-term financial impact of cancer.
