Can a simple video ease the burden of cancer?

Summary
This study is testing whether an educational video and materials can help adults with serious cancer diagnoses better understand palliative care and decide to use it. Participants are randomly assigned to either receive standard care plus brochures or to also watch the educational video. Researchers will track their knowledge, attitudes, symptoms, and whether they use palliative care services over six months.
