New Two-Drug attack tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety and best dose of a new drug, ZEN003694, when given with the standard chemotherapy capecitabine. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors (like colorectal cancer) that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery and have worsened on previous standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and tolerable, while also checking for any signs that it might help control the cancer.
