New Triple-Threat cancer therapy shows early promise

Summary
This study tested new combinations of three immunotherapy drugs (surzebiclimab, alcestobart, and tislelizumab) in people with advanced solid tumors that had spread or could not be removed by surgery. The main goals were to find safe doses and see early signs that the treatments could shrink tumors. It involved 147 adults with cancers like head and neck cancer or lung cancer who had already tried standard treatments.
