Summary
This study aims to understand how psychological distress affects cancer patients' treatment adherence, outcomes, and quality of life. Researchers will follow 2,000 adults with various cancers for three years, tracking their mental health and treatment results. The goal is to gather knowledge about this relationship, not to test a new treatment.
