Peer power: new program aims to help young zambians with HIV beat cancer

NCT ID NCT06004011

Summary

This study is testing a new support program to help young people living with HIV in Zambia get cancer diagnosed earlier and stick with their treatment. The program uses peer counselors and education to connect patients with screening and cancer care services. Researchers will compare this intensive program to a simple one-time education campaign to see which works better.
