Summary
This study tested whether a special oxygen monitor (Oxygen Reserve Index) can help prevent lung collapse (atelectasis) in adults having robotic surgery. 58 patients were monitored during surgery, and their lungs were checked with ultrasound afterward. The goal was to see if this monitor helps keep lungs healthy.
