First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looked at 30 men who take certain medications for urinary symptoms and were having cataract surgery. The goal was to see if measuring the thickness of iris muscles with a special camera could predict a complication called floppy iris syndrome. The research aims to help doctors better assess surgery risk, but does not test a new treatment.
