Summary
This study tested whether wearing colored glasses (green, red, or blue) for 10 minutes before a tooth extraction could reduce anxiety and pain. 84 adults who had not had this surgery before took part. Researchers measured anxiety using a standard questionnaire and tracked oxygen levels. The goal was to find a simple, drug-free way to make dental visits less stressful.
