First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026

Summary

This study tested a drug called camrelizumab (an immunotherapy) plus chemotherapy and radiation for people with advanced lung cancer that had spread to the brain. 60 participants who had not received prior chemotherapy were randomly assigned to receive either the camrelizumab combination or a placebo combination. The goal was to see if the camrelizumab combo could better control brain tumor growth and extend time without the cancer getting worse.
