Summary
This study tested a new treatment approach for people with advanced head and neck cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment combined the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab with chemotherapy and radiation, followed by camrelizumab alone. The goal was to see if this combination could help control the cancer and improve survival. The study included 39 adults with stage III or IV squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
