Summary

This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab to standard chemotherapy can help prevent cervical cancer from returning after surgery. It is for patients whose cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes. The goal is to see if this combination improves the chance of staying cancer-free for at least three years.
