Summary
This study tested whether an 18-month program combining physical, mental, and social activities could improve the lives of older adults. 187 people aged 60 and older (or 55+ with a health condition) from nursing homes and the community took part. The program aimed to boost quality of life, thinking skills, mood, and physical independence. Results will show if this approach helps seniors age better.
