Summary
This study tested whether an 18-month multimodal program could improve quality of life and daily function for older adults. 187 participants, aged 60+ or 55+ with a diagnosed condition, were randomly assigned to either receive the program or be in a comparison group. The program aimed to help with areas like mood, loneliness, thinking skills, and the ability to perform daily tasks.
