Summary
This study looks at whether a simple score based on routine blood tests (the CALLY index) can help predict short-term problems after emergency heart attack treatment. Researchers will follow 140 patients for 30 days to see if the score is linked to complications like heart failure or death. The goal is to better understand which patients might need extra care.
