Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called CNTY-101 for people with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus, scleroderma, and inflammatory myopathies that haven't responded to standard therapies. CNTY-101 uses specially engineered immune cells to target and destroy faulty B cells that drive the disease. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, with only 6 participants enrolled so far.
