First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called cabozantinib in people whose osteosarcoma or Ewing sarcoma has returned or worsened after standard treatment. The drug works by blocking enzymes that help cancer cells grow and by cutting off the blood supply tumors need. About 90 participants will take the drug to see if their cancer stops progressing for at least 6 months.
