Summary
This study tested the drug cabozantinib in 102 people with endometrial cancer that returned or spread. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors or slow cancer growth by blocking certain enzymes and blood flow to tumors. The trial focused on how many patients responded to treatment and how long they lived without the cancer getting worse.
